📦 ORDER & DELIVERY

1. How long will it take for my order to arrive? We typically deliver to Metro cities within 3–5 business days and Tier 2/3 cities within 5–7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email as soon as your order is dispatched.

2. Are there any shipping charges? We offer FREE shipping on all orders.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes! We offer COD at no extra cost . You only pay the product price mentioned on the website at the time of delivery.

4. How do I track my order? Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking ID. You can track it directly on our [Track Order] page or through the link sent to your WhatsApp.

5. Is it safe to pay online? Absolutely. We use encrypted payment gateways (like Razorpay/Cashfree) that are 100% secure. We never store your card or bank details.

6. What if my payment fails? If money is debited but the order isn't confirmed, don't worry. It usually gets refunded automatically within 1-2 business days. You can contact our support team with a screenshot for immediate assistance.


🔄 RETURNS & REFUNDS

7. What is your return policy? We offer a 7 day replacement/return policy for damaged or defective items. Please ensure you record an unboxing video to claim a hassle-free replacement.

8. How do I request a return? Email us at Dropsy555@gmail.com with your Order ID and the unboxing video.

9. When will I get my refund? For prepaid orders, the refund is credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, we will ask for your UPI ID or bank details. Refunds usually reflect within 1-2 working days after we receive the product back.

10. What if I receive a damaged product? In the rare event that a "drop" reaches you damaged, we’ve got you covered. Send us the unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery, and we will ship a brand-new replacement at no extra cost.
